Well, the subject of your email says "...remove all objects", but now you say you want to keep them...

What's the distinction between the facts you want to keep and the ones you want to retract? If they are in separate classes, it's simple: either with a few rules or use kSession.getObjects(), with or without a filter, and call retract from Java code.
