Strange. Can you resolve the artifact org.easytesting:fest-assert:1.3:jar and/or 1.4? Try adding it to any pom and run a maven phase where that dependency is used.
Fest 1.3 has wrong checksums for some of its transitive dependencies, so a repository manager might refuse to deliver the artifacts, depending on the checksum policy which it has configured. Do you use a repo manager at all?
