I found an interesting feature from this link http://community.jboss.org/wiki/Guvnor/diff?secondVersionNumber=40 about Notification Engine and AtomPub interface. It provides "feeds" for people/systems to monitor for changes. Does anyone know if this is something we can integrate with Guvnor?

Only thing that comes to mind is to compare the version property of your file in eclipse with that in guvnor (when you view from webdav in eclipse) and update your local if needed.
