You'll need to download kie-wb-distributions from here.

Unfortunately it appears we don't actually have a download for kie-cli-config; so regrettably you'll need to build from source.

Use of kie-cli-config is documented here. There is no UI at the moment to add roles to OUs, Repositories or Projects.

The download page is incomplete at the moment.
