I for one agree, it should not just be up to seam contributers / redhat folk to build the seam website, I think that it should be pushed out to the community that support it. I for one think that seam needs to maintain it's own website only because people that want to use seam or are investigating migration to seam will see the site as a showcase.

The community around seam are your friends; let them help and seam will end up better for it...

I am also quite willing to contribute where time allows!
