We're working this issue out offline as it's an administration issue.
I just finished chatting with one of their online operators (and talking with them on the phone). Our payment was 1 month overdue. I've made a once off credit card payment to get the site back online, but we need to get the ongoing payments sorted out ASAP. Who's supposed to look after this?

We contact support@eapps.com. They are quick to respond. Just mention the account information that's on docspace in the Seam Team section. I'm in a car right now, so can only work from phone.
