The process is to email Shane or Rodney, cc'ing the dev list, requesting a project is created. You need to include:

* the key of the project (e.g. SEAMFOO)
* the user friendly name of the project
* the jboss.org username of the project lead
* a description of the project
* a list of any additional project adminstrators (the project lead and the full time team will automatically be made adminstrators)
* a seed list of project developers
* any categories you want to start with
