That's fine Ken, I'd rather delay the feature and spend the time required to get it right than try to rush something out for the release.  Besides that, is there any other outstanding work you'd like to get done to the international module, or can we go ahead and release CR1 now?

better!  If you have outstanding issues that can be bumped to the 3.0.1
release, then please do so (I'll try to go through all the projects in
JIRA and set up future versions).
