Creating additional entities in IDM

One of our requirements is that we will need the notion of a OrganizationUnit, similar to an LDAP organizational unit. Essentially a more strict grouping (a group/user can only belong to one ou). Additionally, roles would be applicable to the OU in a similar way to groups, so that users within the org inherit the roles assigned to the OU.
Are there any examples where we can augment the IDM model to support this case? We are using JPA as the persistence layer though.

Quickstarts

Is there a location for the quickstarts? I've seen references in the emails and on the Wiki roadmap, but I've not seen any discussion about that.
We're definitely anxious to see how we can utilize PicketLink 3 for our prototypes, including preliminary OAuth 2 support.

keystores and IDM API

How do keystores relate to the IDM API? Is the IDM API an abstraction
for them? Or are they a separate things? I'd like to use the IDM API
to search for keys and certs and not worry if these things are stored on
local disk in a keystore, or within identity storage.
