[security-dev] HTTP Response Code when LDAP Server is not available

just wanted your thoughts on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SECURITY-709
This is one of the side effects of using JAAS based login in JBossAS.
We cannot tie container security to individual errors happening in the
LDAP server.
