IMHO it would be much easier to just move to github, then remove the old code. The two
tasks are not really related, and it will probably actually be easier to do once the move
has happened.

This has been there for a few months now. I am trying to dodge my
memory as to why we did not use it to
upgrade in WF8. Maybe Stefan remembers.
I guess it was something to do with the plan to discard very old code
and refactor it to just include what is necessary for WF.
I think we did not have enough time to go with the plan yet.
Definitely will be the PBox repo in WF9+.
