Should we be creating class loaders inside of doPrivileged blocks? Findbugs finds occurrences of DP_CREATE_CLASSLOADER_INSIDE_DO_PRIVILEGED inside of both core and components.

Please investigate how WildFly handles this situation and respond accordingly. Please remove the exception for DP_CREATE_CLASSLOADER_INSIDE_DO_PRIVILEGED from core/build/src/main/resources/findbugs/findbugs-excludes.xml.
