Generated config from switchyard-plugin present in target/classes/META-INF/switchyard.xml is not packaged inside the bundle jar for SY applications. I suspect that changing the packaging type from jar to bundle has impacted the lifecycle phase binding for switchyard-plugin and the bundle is created prior to final generation of switchyard.xml in target/classes. This will impact any application which relies on scanners to generate configuration (e.g. Java @Transformer).
