As part of providing a solution for SWITCHYARD-1170, I separated the bpel-service's loan_approval example (which has two BPEL processes) into two separate Switchyard apps. The code for that jira has now been pushed to master.

When doing some further work, that required these two separate apps, I noticed that if they were deployed in a particular order they worked fine, but otherwise an OutOfMemory occurred with a number of further exceptions.

Upon examining the debug entries in the server.log, I noticed that the statement "Getting endpoint with uri:" is logged 769 times, so seems to indicate some sort of recursion or infinite loop.
