Only few Camel components are available for SY 1.x. For example if we create a project with SY version 1.1.1-p12-redhat-1. The following error occurs in Error Log

Unable to load Camel Catalog for version 2.10.0.redhat-60092

So, it seems that no camel catalog no camel components. I assume that the issue can be fixed only in Fuse Tooling - probably we can set some default camel catalog if no catalog is found.
