If there is a clustered invocation there should be a LoadBalanceStrategy that allows to "always prefer" local node, so with affinity. If usual RoundRobinStrategy is selected for a 3 node cluster, it should balance evenly between the three nodes, but with RounRobinAffinityStrategy it should invoke local if service is deployed locally, so it is gets the affinity preferred, and if not invoke remote in a RoundRobin fashion between the rest of nodes.
