Would it be possible to include the switchyard-deploy.jar in the org.switchyard.tools.core plugin, as it is required for the switchyard simulator within the Savara Eclipse tooling.

Previously I was including the switchyard jars in the simulator plugin, but it would obviously be better to leverage the installed switchyard plugin if possible.
