Regarding the FSW Installer.

While working on the FSW installer I had the idea that maybe the packs selection panel would be more intuitive if we had predefined groups of possible packs rather than having packs that are selected/deselected when the user selects/deselects a pack. This way the possible packages to be installed in more straight forward rather than choices changing on you based an what you pick. Just a suggestion our team thought was worth mentioning.

Perhaps, we should just offer the groups:
Full
SwitchYard
SwitchYard + RT-Gov Server
RT-Gov Server
S-RAMP
S-RAMP + DT-Gov
