Using the latest SwitchYard 0.7 tooling, importing an existing maven project into Eclipse (whether it be Indigo or Juno doesn't matter) causes files/dirs to be created that are unnecessary. Deleting these files and refreshing the projects in eclipse doesn't trigger their re-creation. It seems to be limited to just the import flow.
For example, importing just a handful of quickstarts (the bpm and rules ones) created the following:
- bpm-service/src/test/resources/META-INF/
- demos/helpdesk-webapp/src/test/resources/META-INF/beans.xml
- demos/helpdesk/src/test/resources/META-INF/beans.xml
- rules-camel-cbr/src/test/resources/META-INF/
- rules-interview/src/main/resources/META-INF/beans.xml
- rules-interview/src/test/resources/
