Summarized - after reviewing the findbugs fixes, there are two rules that we want to file block exceptions for -
1) ignoring return values
2) explicitly catching all thrown exceptions

Go through the exceptions list, remove all other duplicate exceptions for those two rules also and close any JIRAs for those exceptions.
