Issue Type: Bug Bug
Affects Versions: 0.8

Description:

(Keith Babo) While looking at the JMS reference binding options today (see attached) I noticed two things:

1) There is an Operation Options control on the reference binding (i.e. Producer) configuration page which should not be there. Operation selectors are used for service bindings only.

2) The following options are only valid for reply messages when using the Producer: concurrentConsumers, maxConcurrentConsumers, replyTo, requestTimeout, selector. Some of these parameters might not be valid for producer endpoints. Lukasz is going to look into that when he has a chance. Whichever options are valid only apply to a reply message and hence are used exclusively with in-out operations (i.e. they don't apply to in-only).

Based on the above, we need to remove the operation selector control from the producer endpoint configuration for sure. I think we also might want to create a panel area that is specifically for reply message configuration. This will cleanly separate it out for the user and provide a bit extra context. After Lukasz has a chance to verify which parameters are valid I will file a JIRA.

--------------
Follow-up:

Remove as reference binding option from : TCP, UDP, SQL, HTTP, JMS
Add as service binding option for : Camel URI (this is the generic camel binding type)
