Currently only one fault is permitted on a service operation, whereas some WSDL operation definitions may have multiple faults defined.

To overcome the situation where multiple faults are defined, and the mapping between types is not automatically obvious, a search of transformers for the relevant source and target types could be performed to resolve the mapping.
