Currently SOAP binding's "Select WSDL file and port" wizard only allows us to search items within the project. However, as the demos/multApp quickstart demonstrates, SwitchYard clearly allows us to point to WSDL located in other jars.

Thus SwitchYard tooling should support such an use case by enabling us to look for WSDL files and other artifacts packaged in dependent jars or external projects in Eclipse workspace as well.
