After the change for SWITCHYARD-1355, there is a problem when the following situation arises:

1) operation is not specified on a switchyard: endpoint
2) target service has a single operation
3) operation name of target service does not match operation name for camel service route

Fix SwitchYardProducer so that it picks a single service operation before it tries to use the existing operation name.
