Found a few minor issues with the SAP binding implementation in the SwitchYard Editor while doing other things...

1) base package name not specified in SAP ecore (will only come up when we try to regenerate the model)
2) in the org.switchyard.tools.ui plugin.xml, the SAP switchyard component extension is mis-labeled "File" instead of "SAP", which may confuse someone
