Description:

Bump Drools KIE version to 6.0.0.CR3 and fix fallout related to event listener registration. For now, move to using public API registration methods only, which means we will only support KIE listeners. I will file another JIRA which will cover investigation of using the Drools legacy wrapper support to re-enable use of the legacy Drools listener interfaces.
