Discovered today while documenting various combinations of versions and runtimes we currently support. If you uncheck the "Use SwitchYard BOM for Dependency Management" checkbox for any valid 2.0 configuration version project (in the New SwitchYard Project wizard), it creates the project POM with the BOM included anyway. Need to investigate further to see what's going on here.
