I noticed that there is a misunderstanding of versioning for the Switchyard tooling. As a consequence some commits were included in wronf branches and the CI update sites do not contain required changes.

For Devstudio IS 10.3.0 (Neon) we planed to release SwitchYard tooling 2.4.0 but it seems that 2.4.0 has been set for Oxygen. I can see that some commits (FUSETOOLS-2315) were included into the branch 2.3.x.

Moreover there are update sites 2.4.0.CI for Neon and Oxygen

• http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/integration/updates/integration-stack/switchyard/2.4.0.CI/ (this one is a bit outdated but QE uses it for testing)
• http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/oxygen/integration/updates/integration-stack/switchyard/2.4.0.CI/

Note that QE verifies issues against 2.4.0.CI and set the fix version in Jira to 2.4.0 as we expected 2.4.0 as another build for Neon.
