Allow Camel gateway components to be added to the SY runtime via configuration. The only way to do this at present is hacking at our module dependencies. We need a mechanism for adding Camel components without getting down to this level. One option would be to support adding these via the SY subsystem configuration in AS 7 (like we list SY components today).

For now, there's no need to integrate these with our config layer and tooling. The gateways will be configured using the Camel URI binding.
