For integration with SAP-CML we need the WS-RM capabilities of CXF accessible in Switchyard.

WS-RM is needed on service and reference side (in the SOAP binding).

Using the default configuration values it already works on the compositie service.
But it should be possible to configure all the WS-RM options [1]
The refernce binding doesn't work at all at the moment (we use a bean service as workaround (as for the SAML case in SWITCHYARD-2827))
