Our readme files currently describe the steps to deploy and execute quickstarts on EAP. We need to add the steps for wildfly and karaf. For wildfly this should simply require the addition of of -Pwildfly to the deploy step. For karaf we need to describe starting karaf; adding the features.xml; installing the quickstart and executing the client with -Pkaraf.
