The release/brms maven installation is not working well. The xslt template for existing standalone and domain.xml add many times the BPM and Rules Component.

The template has to add the modules in case they do not exist previously in the switchyard subsystem.

It prevents eap to work in case the brms swithcyard installation is done several times over the same instance
