Now protocol=remote is explicitly specified in POM, which doesn't work for WildFly in demos/transaction-propagation and demos/cluster. It should be configurable via property and use profile to set that property.

The port number for the credit node also should be configured via property. Right now only dealer node's port is set by wildfly profile.

Plus, README of transaction-propagation and cluster demo should have WildFly instruction.
