When decision table support was added to SwitchYard's Rules & BPM components in SWITCHYARD-1607 (it can make sense in the latter if there is a decision service within a process), the ability to configure scorecards came along with it. This is from a configuration and library (jar) perspective.

However, what was NOT added at the time was any junit tests or a quickstart featuring scorecards like was done for decision tables. So, really, support for scorecards wass theoretical, at best. (Whereas decision tables have been tested.)

It has been decided that for now, scorecards will NOT be supported at all, so we need to remove the configuration capability for it, and the dependent library.
