SWITCHYARD-1414 introduced the concept of named security configurations, which has two impacts from a tooling standpoint:
1) Domain -> Security can now have multiple configuration definitions, not just one. There can be a maximum of one unnamed security configuration, which is configured the default for the domain.
2) Security policy can now reference a named security configuration. The security policy tab needs to be updated to allow the user to select one of the named security configurations available in the domain. If there are no named security configurations, then there should just be a single option of "default".
