camel-sap-binding is still working fine, but it's using 1.0.0.redhat-379 which is bundled in Fuse6.0. We need to update this to the one used in Fuse6.2 once GA is released.

The newer camel-sap has been refactored to use idoc api (still using jco underneath), so we need to catch up with it.
