Some basic cleanup in the installer:

  • Use ant targets instead of prompts for installation tasks:
    o install (default)
    o install-bpel-console
    o install-forge
  • Eliminate all SKIP-* properties
  • Fix BPEL deployment issue with flatten
  • Specifying EAP_PATH actually works now
