The SwitchYard editor needs to provide extension points for contributing tools for component and binding types. This is required to allow tooling support to be contributed by other plugins. Specifically, we need this to provide BPEL support in the editor. By splitting the BPEL support out into another plugin/feature, users will not have to install BPEL dependencies in order to use SwitchYard. This will also allow us to move BPM/rules support into a separate plugin which can be distributed separately.
