In order to solve SWITCHYARD-1140, we decided to move operationSelector from "urn:switchyard-component-common-selector:config:1.0" to "urn:switchyard-config:switchyard:1.0" in core.

Since operationSelector.* are extension of sca:operationSelector, it should be placed before contextMapper and messageComposer.
