We should document how CamelContext and associated classes (e.g. ProducerTemplate) can be accessed in a SY unit test. Ideally, we should make it easier to interact with these pieces as well, potentially through a new CamelMixIn. Easy access to CamelContext and ProducerTemplate would definitely bring more power to the existing test kit.
