Need to change BPEL component to be based on mapping Switchyard service to/from WSDL port type, rather than requiring a WSDL service and port to be defined when only an abstract interface is required.

Will need to also update the quickstart's deploy.xml to change the 'service' fields to be the switchyard service QName, and set the port to 'ignored'.

SWITCHYARD-1283 will cause the deploy.xml to be autogenerated, so should not need to expose this change to users.
