When creating a new project, if we select SwitchYard configuration version 1.1 (or 1 or 2) the allowed gateway bindings should restrict to those available for that version.
There is no error on project creation, but there are no dependencies for those artifacts for that version.
If I select a Library Version 1.1.1-xxx it requires that my configuration version is 1.1. Something similar should be enforced to avoid excesive questions of things not working.
