Currently only declared faults (within the invoked service's wsdl) can be handled by a BPEL process definition in riftsaw.

To cater for undeclared faults, the fault handler can be defined with just a variable name and element type. Riftsaw should be updated to cope with undeclared faults through this mechanism.
