Background (colour transition) of Properties dialogs repeats on y-axis in Rules and BPMN implementation. Specifically in 'General' and 'Operations' tabs. Also notice that the tab named 'General' in Propertes dialog is named 'Resources' in Properties view. It should be unified. That applies only for Rules implementation.
