The switchyard maven plugin, fails the build with an error if one of the directories configured in the "<resources>" section of the pom does not exist.
It is not so strange for maven projects that share some common configuration to have a resource directory being created just in certain projects but not in all of them.
Therefore the switchyard maven plugin should just ignore non-existing directories.
