The behaviour of setting the transaction policy is as follows (no mather if I edit properties vies or properties dialog):

1. Selecting None
The editor adds "requires='None'" which throws during deploying
java.lang.Exception: Invalid policy name: 'None' doesn't exist

2. Selecting another one
The editor sets the "requires" attribute properly but I cannot change the policy
