When adding a new implementation, the tooling assumes you want to create a new implementation resource instead of selecting an existing one. We need to account for the case where a user has an existing resource that they want to use to create an implementation. This applies to all implementation types:

• Java : existing @Service bean in project
• Camel : existing XML or Java route definition
• Drools : existing .DRL or other resource type (Guvnor URL, .PKG, etc.)
• BPM : existing .BPMN or other resource type (Guvnor URL, .PKG, etc.)
• BPEL : existing bpel process definition
