switchyard-karaf-deploy declares a number of services that are meant to be used by various components when installed into karaf. These declarations should be moved into the various components, where they can be more easily managed. Specifically:

• Endpoint publishers for
  • HTTP
  • REST
  • SCA
  • SOAP
• Provider facotry for Smooks

In addition to that, OOTB transformers should be sourced from the bundles providing support for them. This will prevent the SwitchYard extender from having to maintain these services directly.
