With the work done for SWITCHYARD-1420, there were a few loose ends left to tidy up, including some layout issues:

• Transforms tabbed property page
• Validators tabbed property page
• Bindings tabbed property page

Some consistency issues:

• Component property page allows user to set the component name, but should the Contract property page appear for Components? What does changing the Contract service name do vs. changing the Component name?

And whatever else pops up doing further testing.
