It seems like SwitchYardEndpoint is being passed a namespace parameter in the background when it's part of:

to("switchyard://XMLService")

but not:

recipientList("switchyard://XMLService")

It is not clear what hooks we have in place for the former case, but it would be nice if we had them in the latter as well. It should not be necessary to explicitly specify the namespace URI in the switchyard:// endpoints if we can prevent it.
